Registration is open until 25th September 2020 or until the maximum capacity is reached.
We will collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information:
- information that you provide when registering to the event: name, sending organisation, e-mail address;
- audio and video footage taken during the event. This footage may be reproduced and used for information, promotion and dissemination purposes and training materials produced by SAAIC. All recordings, articles, quotes, photographs, films, audio or video and/or any reproductions of the same in any form, are the property of SAAIC;
- any other personal data that you choose to send to us.
Personal information submitted to us will be used for the management and organisation of the event including information provision about related activities and materials. Once the event is complete, we will keep a limited data set (name, sending organisation and e-mail address) specifically for follow-up purposes.
We will retain the personal data collected to comply with Erasmus+ Programme Rules for archiving purposes by 2025. If you wish to access or amend any personal data we hold about you, or to request that we delete any information about you, you may contact us at euroguidance@saaic.sk.
