The focus of the transnational seminar is to explore the social impact of career guidance and its transformative potential towards more sustainable and inclusive societies. During the seminar, we will look at how career guidance can be beneficial to various communities, how it can encourage fairness and promote social cohesion. This intensive learning seminar will feature keynote presentations by renowned experts, study visits to various organisations, presentations of inclusive practices and structured space for networking. Participation is open to career guidance practitioners and professionals (especially those dealing with disadvantaged communities), social workers, and managers of career services.
